What's included in a product page audit? +
A product page audit covers: above-the-fold analysis, visual hierarchy review, CTA design and placement, trust element assessment, mobile experience, page speed, and a prioritised 15-point action plan with specific recommendations for each finding.
How long does a CRO sprint take? +
A standard CRO sprint is 6 weeks: 2 weeks of research and audit, 2 weeks of design and implementation, 2 weeks of A/B testing and analysis. We provide weekly updates and a full report at completion.
Do you work with all eCommerce platforms? +
Yes. Our design and CRO recommendations are platform-agnostic. We have specific implementation guides for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and custom platforms. Most design changes can be implemented by your existing development team using our specs.
What results can I realistically expect? +
Results vary based on current conversion rate, traffic volume, and the scope of changes implemented. In our case studies, clients have seen between +43% and +127% conversion rate improvement. The average across all engagements is +58% within 90 days of implementation.
Is there a minimum traffic requirement? +
For A/B testing to produce statistically reliable results, we recommend a minimum of 5,000 monthly visitors to your product pages. Brands with lower traffic can still benefit from our audit and design recommendations β we just can't run properly-powered tests below this threshold.
How is the weekly newsletter different from the website content? +
The newsletter goes deeper. Each issue contains one detailed CRO insight (usually backed by fresh test data), one annotated design example, and one immediately actionable change you can implement this week. It doesn't repeat website content β it extends it.
